1. Services Offered
Fast3D Fashion provides digital fashion design services including but not limited to:

Knitwear Design Development

3D Design Development

3D Technical Design & Fitting

Virtual sampling and rendering & Animation

Techpack, Pattern making, & others.

2. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including 3D designs, patterns, logos, graphics, and text, are the property of Fast3D Fashion or its licensors. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited.

Client-uploaded materials remain the intellectual property of the client, and Fast3D Fashion claims no ownership over such content.

3. Project & Delivery Timeline
Turnaround time depends on the complexity of the request. Estimated delivery timelines will be communicated upon project confirmation. Fast3D Fashion is not liable for delays caused by incomplete input or third-party dependencies.

4. Payment Terms
All services must be prepaid unless otherwise agreed in writing. Invoices must be paid in full before final delivery of project files. We reserve the right to withhold or delay deliverables until payment is received.

5. Revisions & Corrections
Each project includes up to 2 rounds of revisions. Additional revisions will incur extra charges based on project complexity.

6. Refund Policy
Due to the digital and custom nature of our services, we do not offer refunds once work has commenced. If you cancel before production begins, a partial refund may be issued at our discretion.

7. Client Responsibilities
Clients must provide clear instructions, tech packs, or references. Delays in providing required inputs may affect delivery timelines.

8. Confidentiality
We respect your privacy. All project data, tech packs, and client files are treated confidentially and will not be shared or used outside of the agreed scope.

9. Limitation of Liability
Fast3D Fashion shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services or website.

10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting on this page. Your continued use of our website or services signifies your acceptance of those changes.

11. Governing Law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh.
